Tim graduated from UCLA with a degree in English Literature, graduated from the University of San Diego with a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a from the University of Phoenix with a masters degree in Business Administration.
Tim is an expert at treating anxiety and depression and loves helping people see there is a path to reducing their symptoms and creating their best life. Tim enjoys a level 2 certification in EMDR, and also practices CBT and IFS and has his own proprietary approach called the inLIVING approach.
Tim also does coaching and works with executives, athletes and musicians to help them with peak performance.
Tim loves spending time with his family, going on walks, reading and playing basketball.

Vicki is a dedicated and compassionate mental health therapist with 5 years of experience in providing client-centered therapy. Vicki graduated from the U of WA in English Lit/Education and taught high school English. Holding a Master's in Counseling/Psychology from CityU of Seattle, Vicki specializes in anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
Vicki has embraced a holistic approach, integrating evidence-based techniques with empathic listening to support clients on their journey toward improved mental health. She is committed to creating a safe, non-judgemental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
In addition to her clinical work, Vicki participates in various workshops and trainings, continually expanding her knowledge and skills to promote the best care possible. Outside the office, Vicki enjoys dance, reading, museums, weight lifting, and dabbling at art.

LINDSAY PALMER
Office manager
Lindsay is an experienced Office Manager specializing in mental health practice operations, with over 10 years of experience supporting clinicians, coordinating patient services, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant administrative systems. Known for her compassionate professionalism and attention to detail, Lindsay ensures that both clients and staff experience a supportive, well-organized environment. She expertly manages scheduling, billing, insurance processing, and daily office logistics, allowing the clinical team to focus on client care. With a deep understanding of the sensitive nature of mental health services, Lindsay brings empathy, discretion, and efficiency to every aspect of the role.

Lisa Hoelzer
CSW
Lisa has a masters in social work and specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution-focused therapy. She helps clients overcome depression and anxiety and find a path toward healing that fits their needs and goals. She believes that every person has the strength to grow and overcome the obstacles they face.
As human beings, we create stories that are mostly useful but sometimes cause us emotional pain. Lisa will help you become aware of the distressing stories and gently redirect your mind to a more beneficial place. She will guide you in processing difficult feelings along the way and explore with you how to take action according to your values.
Lisa’s approach is non-judgmental, compassionate, collaborative, and strengths based. Working with her will help you build confidence, self-understanding, and resiliency.
Lisa also has experience with and an understanding of body positivity, intuitive eating, cultural awareness, and LGBTQ+ acceptance. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and traveling.
